The feathers and duvets received in our warehouse undergo thorough inspection and selection. Materials of low quality or with imperfections are discarded to ensure only the best are processed.
The sorting process is done by hand, supported by advanced technology that ensures quality through multiple verification stages. After processing, the raw feathers are cleaned using vacuum systems, treated, and pressed into compact bales. These bales, weighing 50-60 kg each, are prepared for transport or further use.
We buy back used feather- and down-filled pillows and comforters, ensuring responsible recycling and a second life for these natural materials.
