Processing and Selection of Premium Quality Feathers

Quality control and sorting

Every batch of feathers and duvets undergoes a rigorous inspection and sorting process. Manual sorting, supported by modern technology, ensures that only the best quality feathers meet our high standards. Lower-quality feathers can be upgraded by blending them with higher-grade materials.

Processing and packaging

The selected and processed raw materials are cleaned using vacuum systems and pressed into 50-60 kg bales. This ensures freshness and quality during transport and storage, with custom filling solutions available to improve product quality as needed.
